Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from rulersbrand.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to do an exchange or return for you. For a return or exchange, please follow the instructions below.
In the RETURNS & EXCHANGES policy, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to RULERS® and "you" refers to you, the user of Rulersbrand.com.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We only accept returns or exchanges with prior approval. All requests must be sent to: email@example.com
We do not accept refunds. You have 15 days to do either a return or exchange after your order has been delivered. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately no exchange can be offered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items worn cannot be returned.
Except for the products we directly manufacture, we can’t guarantee to have your size available for an exchange as inventory is constantly changing (Casual Wear).
To return your products, you must mail your product to the address communicated in the above approval mail.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible in case of loss of returned items if shipped without signature confirmation.
Returns will be processed after the warehouse has inspected your items and confirms that they are in their original condition. Please allow 4 - 5 business days for when it is delivered at our warehouse for your return/exchange to be processed.
